You'll get the most out of your membership if you invest time in helping Chapter committees stay active and innovative. Our committees implement the strategic plan for the chapter. From programs to publications to legislative activity, committee members provide the strength that enables the Chapter to meet the needs of its member communities in our area. Join a committee based on your interest and time availability.

Bowling Event
The goal for this committee is to provide an eventful half day for manager and business partners to interact.
Chili Fest Event
Chili Fest is a fun family event where the CAI members come together to eat great food, along with a cornhole and volleyball tournament. The committee's goal for this event is to plan a fun, successful event with as many managers, Board members, and vendor sponsors as possible.
Editorial
Ensure our printed and online publications that have articles submitted by members or third parties contain the most informative, appropriate, accurate and timely educational and reference material benefiting our three membership groups.
Education/Programming
Provides timely educational and informational programs for the membership of the chapter. The education should include topics specialized for each interest group.
Game Night Event
Boost morale within the chapter among managers and business partners, and increase marketing/networking opportunities.
Membership
Take the lead role in the recruitment and retention of members within CAI and assist in the coordination of special events to promote membership as requested by the board of directors.
Sponsorship
Actively develop and direct an annual fundraising campaign to achieve board approved income goals.
Involvement in a CAI Austin committee is a benefit of membership, only current members are permitted to sign up for committee service.
