Sponsorship Opportunities

A sponsorship at CAI Austin's Conference & Expo is THE way to get out ahead of the crowd and be recognized. Below you will find sponsorship opportunities to choose from in a range of affordable prices, and are available to CAI members and non-members. But, don't wait too long as sponsorships sell out well ahead of the event.


Sponsorship fees below are for CAI members only; the cost for non-CAI Austin members is the price below + $250*.

Please review the promotional benefits in detail, there are a couple of sponsorships that also require you to purchase an exhibit booth. After reviewing the opportunities, you can purchase your sponsorship by clicking the "Yes, I Want to Sponsor" button below.   • Each Sponsor will receive a Deluxe 10' x 10' booth located inside the Exhibit Hall and in near proximity to one of the two bar locations
  • Each Sponsor will receive prominent signage with company name/logo displayed at the closest bar to their booth location
  • (2) company representatives allowed into event
  • Cocktail napkins will be imprinted with each company logo and placed at the closest bar to their booth location
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI's website with link to sponsor’s website



Standard Beverage Sponsor | Bar

  • Each Sponsor will receive a Standard 8' x 8' booth located inside the Exhibit Hall and in near proximity to one of the two bar locations

Game/Booth Card Sponsor

  • Company Name/Logo printed on each Game/Booth Card
  • (1) Company representatives permitted to enter Expo and freely visit with Managersno booth required
  • Sponsor allowed to present prizes to winners of Game/Booth Card raffle
  • 20% discount off of Sponsorship price, if a booth is purchased
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI's website with link to sponsor’s website



Photographer Sponsor

  • (2) Company representatives can access expo floor (no booth required)

Most Spirited Booth Award Sponsor

  • Sponsor for awarding the exhibitor displaying the best spirit of the event
  • (1) Company representative permitted to enter Expo and freely visit with Managers, no Booth required
  • Company representative permitted to present award to the winner at the end of the Expo Event. This award is for exhibitor’s only.

Manager Attendance Sponsor

  • Sponsor for attendance contest for the community who brings the most Community Association Volunteer Leaders
  • (1) Company representative permitted to enter Expo and freely visit with Managers,no Booth required
  • Company representative permitted to present award to the contest winner, at the end of the Expo Event.
  • Company name/logo on event signage
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI's website with link to each sponsor’s website



Education Sponsor
SOLD - Kerrane Storz, P.C.& Blancken Insurance Group
 

  • This exclusive sponsorship will allow each sponsor, (1) company representative, to attend the Education event only and mingle with Managers before and during the scheduled coffee breaks. Entry into the Expo, allowed only with selection of booth space or separate Expo sponsorship
  • Each Sponsor will receive prominent signage with company name/logo
  • Each Sponsor may bring in marketing/promotional material for the Managers
  • Each Sponsor will be allowed to give a 3-minute company promotion and introduce one of the two Education Presentations



Registration Sponsor

  • Ability to assist with Registration. Company representatives will be allowed to enter the Expo Hall freely and roam the Exposition
  • (1) Company representative allowed per sponsor
  • Registration area doubles as company’s expo booth and company will be provided a table where their marketing and promotional items may be on full display. Pop up banners can be placed behind this provided table
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI website with link to sponsor’s website
  • Company name/logo on event signage



Tote Bag Sponsor

  • Sponsor to provide 150 multipurpose bags with company name/logo
  • (1) Company representative allowed per sponsor
  • Sponsor is permitted to stuff bags with exclusive promotional marketing material prior to event
  • 20% discount on exhibit booth (not included with sponsorship). Entry into Expo will require a booth selection
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI's website with link to sponsor's website



Lanyard Sponsor

  • Sponsor to provide 150 Lanyards, printed with company name/logo
  • Lanyards to be passed out at registration. Excess lanyards will be returned to Sponsor
  • 20% discount on exhibit booth (not included with sponsorship). Entry into Expo will require a booth selection
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI website with link to sponsor's website



DJ Sponsor
SOLD - Urban Dirt  

  • (1) Company representative can access expo floor (no booth required)
  • The DJ will call out the sponsoring company name every 1/2 hour
  • DJ will play at both the Expo and the Happy Hour
  • 20% discount on exhibit booth (not included with sponsorship). 
  • Company name/logo displayed near dessert station
  • Company name/logo displayed on CAI website with link to sponsor's website
